Scalp Exercise

Exercising your scalp muscles is a good way to lift the eyebrows and give a general lift to the upper face area.

The scalp exercise will not form horizontal and vertical lines in the forehead. In fact, it will probably get rid of the lines that already may be there.

When you do the scalp exercise correctly, your frontalis and occipitalis muscles will become pliable. You will no longer have that fixed rigid appearance on your forehead. It is that fixed rigidity that contributes to the formation of deep lines.

Doing the scalp exercise correctly means getting the full alternate contraction of both the frontalis and occipitalis muscles. When you finally gain control of the occipitals, you will get an additional benefit. A strong, toned-up occipitalis pulls up and back on the upper face, smoothing out any horizontal or vertical lines that may have been in the forehead. This will also give you higher eyebrows. Low eyebrows and drooping hooded eyelids are one of the first signs of aging. These signs of age will be postponed or even reversed when you develop the occipitalis muscles.

Do the exercise for about five minutes - sometimes more, sometimes less. You'll have to determine for yourself what works and feels comfortable, but don't opt for the easy way out. Doing a few delicate moves won't get the job done.

If you practice scalp exercise correctly and often, you will gain another benefit: your hair will look more luxuriant. This side effect won't be obvious for many months to come though. It takes a long period for the hair follicles to react to any type of stimulation because they need to pass through the various stages of the hair cycle. Give it about six or eight months.

Facial exercises do not take much time and they are economical which helps in achieving healthy and glowing skin

Facial Exercise To Tone The Face Muscles

There are several benefits to doing facial exercises: It stimulates blood flow and circulation, relieves tension and improves overall appearance of the face

It is normal for facial muscles to become saggy, slack and baggy. Facial exercises will keep your skin smooth, toned and wrinkle free. They will help you fight the signs of aging and develop youthful and blemish free skin.

One way to do facial exercises is to simply massage your face using your bare hands. You can start by stroking your face across the cheeks and over your forehead.

You can also use facial masks to tone your facial muscles. These masks help in the tightening of the skin and make the skin healthier while stopping the onset of wrinkles. You can also try applying protective creams to further boost your healthy skin.

These exercises are meant to enhance our facial skin but just like any other exercise for other body parts, you need to do them diligently and regularly. Otherwise they won’t be as effective as they were meant to be.
